  1. The prize is a brand new Mercedes-Benz C 200 Kompressor Avantgarde, automatic with metallic paint plus all on road costs with a total prize value of $71,018
  2. Entries close at 5pm on Friday 3 April 2009
  3. Minimum participation age is 18 years.
  4. Entry to the competition is limited to the registered proprietors, their attorneys or legal personal representatives who list their property for sale exclusively with Ray White Lower North Shore between Monday 1 September 2008 and Friday 3 April 2009.
  5. In the case of multiple owners of a property, or a corporation, one person only must be nominated on the entry form.
  6. An owner listing more than one property during the competition period will be eligible for one entry for each property listed. Multiple properties being sold in one line will be treated as a single listing.
  7. To qualify for entry, a listing must meet the following requirements:-
    • The property must be exclusively listed for a minimum agency period of 90 days.
    • When a property is listed for sale by Expressions of Interest or Auction, the agency period must extend for at least 30 days after the close date or the auction date.
    • For private treaty listings a minimum marketing budget of $1,500.00 will apply.
    • Marketing costs are due and payable IN FULL upon signing the agency agreement, except in the following circumstances: (a) where the commencement of marketing is delayed for any reason, the full marketing costs must be paid within 7 days of marketing commencing, and (b) where payment is by credit card (Visa & Mastercard only), full payment will be deemed to have been made if a credit card payment authority for the full amount has been signed by the vendor or the vendor’s authorised representative. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all marketing costs must be received on or before the competition close date of 3 April 2009
    • In the case of late entries, the following documentation must be received by 5pm Friday 3 April 2009: a valid entry form, properly executed agency agreement and full agreed marketing costs as cleared funds or signed credit card authority.
  8. Ray White Lower North Shore at its sole discretion may refuse to list any property for sale.
  9. The winning entry will be randomly drawn by way of a barrel draw to be held in the McIntosh of Mosman showroom, 430 Military Road, Mosman at the conclusion of the auction program on Wednesday 8 April 2009, commencing at 6.30pm.
  10. Entrants need not be present at the draw to be eligible to win.
  11. The prize winner will be notified by mail and the result published on the Ray White Lower North Shore website, www.rwlns.com within three business days of the draw taking place.
  12. In the event that the prize remains unclaimed for a period of three months after the draw, a re-draw will be held in the office of Ray White Lower North Shore at 3 Young Street, Neutral Bay on Wednesday 8 July 2009 at 11:00am.
  13. Directors and employees of Ray White Lower North Shore, together with their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to participate in the competition.
  14. Ray White Lower North Shore cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage incurred in acceptance of the prize.
  15. Delivery date of the prize vehicle is subject to shipping schedule.
  16. An independent scrutinizer will be appointed to observe the conduct of the draw process for fairness.
  17. The prize may not be redeemed for cash.
  18. The competition winner agrees to allow his/her name and/or photo to be published for publicity purposes.
