Shane and his assistant, Diana, take a methodical and structured approach to every property they market for their clients. Shane has learnt, refined and adapted this framework over the last 10 years in business, allowing him to deliver an incomparable service to each one of his clients.
“We believe that the way we approach the sale of each property ensures our clients have a greater chance of achieving a premium price with us than with any other agent,” according to Shane.
“We feel that we have only done our job if we are certain that we have got the best achievable price for our vendor. Our reputation and future business is solely dependent on how we perform for our clients today.”
Shane joined Ray White Lower North Shore eight years ago and in 2003 he was offered, and accepted, a partnership. As a Director, Shane is committed to the long term success of the business, aiming to build enduring client relationships.
Prior to commencing his real estate career Shane studied International Sales and Marketing, after which he took up an opportunity to sail a 46 foot catamaran to the British Virgin Islands.
